Ordering & Delivery
When do you dispatch orders? We dispatch Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. Place your order before 2pm and we'll get it out to you the next day. Simple as that!
What's the delivery cutoff time? 2pm is your magic number. Order before 2pm and your goodies will be on their way the very next day.
Where do you deliver in Nairobi? We deliver all over Nairobi! Delivery fees are based on weight — KSh 650 for 0–5kg and KSh 1,200 for 5–10kg.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi? Absolutely — we deliver nationwide! We use Wells Fargo courier and you'll receive a tracking code so you can follow your order every step of the way. Please note that towns further north of Nairobi may take two overnights to arrive, so plan accordingly!
How far in advance do I need to order? As little as the same day! As long as you order before 2pm, we can have your order dispatched the next working day.
Our Products
How long do macarons last? For the best experience, macarons should be enjoyed within 5–7 days of receiving them. If you want to make them last longer, pop them in the freezer — they keep beautifully for up to 4 weeks!
How should I store my order? Keep your macarons in an airtight container, preferably in the fridge, to keep them fresh and delicious.
What's included in a Build A Box? Every Build A Box contains 15 macarons — chosen by you! Mix and match from our full range of flavours to create your perfect box.
Can I request a custom flavour? Yes! We love a creative challenge. Custom flavour requests are welcome, though a minimum order quantity (MOQ) applies. Get in touch via our contact page to discuss your idea.
Payment
How do I pay? We accept M-Pesa payments to our till number as well as online payment at checkout — whichever is easiest for you!
Corporate & Special Orders
Do you do corporate or bulk orders? We absolutely do! Whether it's a team treat, client gift or event catering, we'd love to help. Drop us an email at info@sweetmountainbakery.com and we'll put something special together for you.
Do you do custom cakes and cupcakes? Yes! We accept custom cake and cupcake orders for customers located in the vicinity of our bakery. Get in touch via our contact page to enquire.

What if there's an issue with my order? We're so sorry if something hasn't gone to plan! Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do everything we can to trace your order or make it right. Your satisfaction is everything to us.
