Important Delivery Information — Please Read
We dispatch Monday to Thursday only. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding public holidays).
Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. Our products are freshly made perishables and Kenya's heat can cause rapid deterioration if left outside or unattended. We strongly recommend ensuring someone is home at the time of delivery.
Delivering to an office or can't guarantee you'll be home? Simply add a note at checkout with a safe delivery address or the name of a trusted person who can receive your order on your behalf. We want your goodies to arrive in perfect condition — help us help you!
Order Dispatch
We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed after 2pm or on a Friday will be dispatched the next available working day.
Nairobi Delivery
We deliver all over Nairobi! Delivery fees are calculated based on the weight of your order:

Nairobi deliveries are typically received the next working day after dispatch.
Nationwide Delivery
We deliver across Kenya using Wells Fargo courier. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking code so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Please note that delivery times vary by location:
- Nairobi and surrounding areas — next working day after dispatch
- Towns further north of Nairobi — typically 2 overnights after dispatch

Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following working day.
Tracking Your Order
All nationwide orders are dispatched via Wells Fargo courier. You will receive a tracking code via email or phone once your order has been dispatched. Use this code to track your delivery directly on the Wells Fargo website.
Product Care During Delivery
Our products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Upon receiving your order we recommend:
- Transferring macarons to an airtight container immediately
- Storing in the fridge for best results
- Consuming macarons within 5–7 days of receipt
- Macarons can be frozen for up to 4 weeks if needed
Delivery Delays
Whilst we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that delivery times may be affected by:
- Public holidays
- Adverse weather conditions
- Courier delays outside of our control
